What does my payment include?

Your stay at one of Cartagena's amazing 4.5 star hotels/resort with complimentary breakfast served daily, entry to all themed parties with round trip transportation, catamaran/yacht excursion to and from an open bar beach club island party in the Rosario Islands with lunch included, bar hop entry with 1 complimentary drink in each location. Transportation to and from the airport is also included.

The booking site only has an option for 4 nights, what if I only want to stay 3?

You are welcome to arrive on Wednesday or depart on Tuesday, ESPECIALLY if you find a flight that is more budget friendly by flying in a day early or leaving a day later. However, we are only offering the 4 night stay at a budget friendly price. If you choose to come in a day earlier or leave a day later, and need an additional day stay at the resort, be sure to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. A $250 deposit secures your spot. You'll receive a structured payment plan. All balances must be paid by May 7, 2026.

When is the deadline to secure my place?

No fixed deadline, but spots are limited. Booking starts February 1, 2026. Once sold out, you can join the waitlist.

Where are we staying?

We will announce the name of the beautiful and amazing property 30 days prior to the first date of the event.

Travel documents needed?

Valid US passport with an expiration date at least 6 months out from May 21, 2026.

How much can I expect to spend per day?

Depends on your style and preferences. BudgetYourTrip.com suggests a minimum of $55/day.

What is the weather like in Cartagena?

Tropical Weather - average of 85 to 95 degrees in the day and an average of 80 degrees at night.

How much are excursions?

Excursions are usually about $45. The only excursion included in the package is the excursion to the Rosario Island Open Bar Beach Club Party.

What will be the itinerary?

Final schedule is shared weeks before the event via email, social media, and WhatsApp community group.

What are some essentials?
